Ullensaker Kisa Friidrett in alliance with the Norwegian Athletics Federation, warmly welcome you to Jessheim and the Nordic Championships Combined Events, 13-14 of June 2026.
The venue for this event is Jessheim Friidrettsstadion, Jessheim Ullensaker.

Athletes selected to represent their national teams compete for the Nordic championship title.
The LOC have however, accepted a limited number of participants of athletes competing for their respective home clubs. These athletes are not competing for the Nordic Championship title.

Arrival and departure
The organizer will collect poles at your arrival and transport those directly to the Jessheim Stadion.
Hotel – Accommodation
The national teams will be accommodated in single or double rooms at Thon Hotel Gardermoen Airport

Due to very short on resources have we not a welcome desk at the hotel but they hotel are informed and please contact us if needed.
Meals
Breakfast will be served from 06:00.
Lunch will be served at Jessheim Stadion the event days
Dinner will be served at the hotel on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:30 to 21:00.
Please note that Dinner is only for teams ordring meals. Check with your own team if your country is included
Transportation from hotel to competition venue
The organizer provides shuttle bus transports to and from the competition arena. The website will be updated with details.
Technical Meeting
The Technical Meeting will be held on Friday June 13th at 20:00 at the hotel.
The bibs and accreditations will be handed out at the technical meeting.
The Jury of Appeal will consist of three members. The chairman Nils Kristen Wiig (NOR), selected by the LOC, and two more members, appointed at the Technical Meeting. Three different countries shall be represented in the Jury of Appeal.
Dressing rooms, showers, toilets and warm-up areas
Dressing rooms and showers are located at Jessheim Flerbrukshall Toilets are available at Jessheim Friidrett stadion in addition to Jessheim Flerbrukshall
Personal Implements Check
Personal implements (shot, javelin and discus) are permitted for competition, provided they have previously been officially checked and certified by the Technical team.
Ensure that the implements are checked in at least one hour before your competition starts on Saturday.
No implements will be accepted for check in on Sunday 15 june.
Personal throwing implements shall only be issued to the specific competition of their owners. Any other competitor in the owner’s specific competition has the right to use that equipment if they so wish.
Athletes may collect their personal implements at the end of the competition from the equipment control room (implement inspection).
Poles:
Can be stored in appointed area inside at Jessheim Stadion.
Call Room
The Call Room will be inside the bulidng adjacent to the administartion building see map.
The athlets meet up only before the first event the actual day according to the time set in the events timetable
It is the responsibility of the Team Leaders to ensure that their athletes are aware of and follow the timetable.
In the Call Room, uniform clothing, cover clothing, shoes and bags will be checked according to the competition rules.
Introduction of participants
All participants will be lined up and introduced individually before the start of the first event each day.

Bibs
Two bibs is supplied front and back. The bibs to be carried in accordance with WA rules In pole vault or high jump could the bibs be put on one side.
Teamleaders get the bibs at the technical meeting.

High jump Women 1.61 (+/-3)
High jump Men 1.80 (+/- 3)-Pole vault Men 4.23 (+/- 10)
Throwing events
Each athlete will get two warmup throws in the throwing events.
In the U18 Men's decathlon, only 700g javelins with the new specifications (L0: 2400-2500mm; L1: 850-990mm; L2: 1410-1650mm) will be used in the event.
Throwing directions will be according to the venue map.
Shoe control
The shoes can be checked at any time during the competition to ensure they comply with World Athletics rules. You will find a list of approved shoes here.
Protests and Appeals
Protests must be done verbally to the Referee during the ongoing event, or to the Competition Secretary within 30 minutes from the announcement of the results.
The Referee's decision (unchanged or changed) can be appealed to the Jury of Appeal.
The appeal must be submitted to the Competition Secretary within 30 minutes from the announcement of the results.
If the Referee decides due to a protest and this decision is announced after the previous results have been announced, the time above applies from the announcement of the Referee's decision.
The fee for an appeal is 900 NOK or 85 EUR, which is refunded if the appeal results in a changed decision.

Coaches
Coaches can be at the warmup area/indoor track and around the stadium but not on the field of play. All others teammember shall be outside of the inner field.

We create a WhatUp group for teamleader from the respective country in this event. Link
Resting and physio area
There will be a resting area for the athletes in Jessheim Flerbrukshall and a tent outside and close of the track.
Jessheim Flerbrukshall is about 100m south west from the track.

Victory Ceremonies
For each event, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place athletes will be called to the Victory Ceremony.
The Victory Ceremony for each event will take place as soon as possible after the event.

Medical Aid
There will be a medical assitance. If a medical emergency should occur call 113.
The community ambulance station is 1 km roadwize from Jessheim Stadion
Doping control
Doping controls may take place. Remember to bring your ID to the stadium. The doping control area is located at Jessheim Stadion, see venue map.
Sustainability
The LOC has the ambition to continue the Swedish incitament to make this event as sustainable as possible.
We kindly ask you as competitors and leaders to help us in this effort in any way you can. This can include, for example:

Travel smart, carpool, use public transport, take the shuttle bus

Dispose of waste in designated areas

Do not use more water than necessary

Minimize food waste by taking smaller portions, eating up or saving for later if possible
Kiosk
There will be a kiosk open at the Jessheim Friidrettstaion for audience, athletes, leaders and volunteers. The kiosk will be providing beverages, refreshments and snacks.
Call Room timetable
Call Room procedure will only take place before the first event each day. For each class, the call and check procedure begin at fixed intervals prior to the scheduled start time and is presented on the event website
